1. Daily and Group Prayer
   Participants will be encouraged to engage in regular daily prayer and attend  group prayer meetings, cultivating a rhythm of intercession and communion with God, essential for sustainable work.

2. Spiritual Formation
   Through guided teachings and mentorship, participants will develop spiritual disciplines, deepen their reliance on the Holy Spirit, and learn how to walk with God cross-culturally with intention and joy.

3. Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity
   Participants will gain tools to understand honor-shame dynamics and how they contrast with guilt-forgiveness worldviews. This training is foundational for serving respectfully in Islamic contexts.

4. Friendship-Based Discipleship
   Each participant will be assigned a local young adult to build a friendship with, aimed at practicing relational discipleship through mentorship, hospitality, and shared faith conversations.

5. Language Acquisition
   Students will acquire basic communication skills in French or Arabic, enabling meaningful engagement with locals and laying a foundation for future long-term placement.

6. CORE Training Completion
   All participants will complete Foursquare Missions International’s CORE Training modules—required for future missionaries—while embedded in real mission contexts. Assignments and evaluations mirror those of the global field preparation process.

7. Leadership Development
   Through study, mentoring, and applied work, students will explore and embody Christ-centered leadership. Topics include leadership styles, cross-cultural pitfalls, and servant, authentic, and transformational leadership models, as alternatives to colonial influence.

8. Cultural Immersion and Touring
   Intentional travel and excursions within host countries will help participants build affection for the culture, history, and people, creating a heart connection to the nations they serve.

9. Business as Mission (BAM)
   Students will participate in real-time BAM initiatives connected to MENACA Base North Africa, developing practical skills and a missional imagination for how business can advance the Gospel.

10. Vocational and Skill-Based Workshops
    Participants will engage in training alongside locals, exploring how hobbies, passions, and practical skills can serve as open doors for mission and disciple-making.

11. Voice of God Workshop
    A full-day intensive covering the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, hearing God's voice, and how to serve prophetically in the power of the Spirit for bold and Spirit-led Gospel witness.

12. Perspectives Course Completion
    A certified instructor will lead participants through the full Perspectives on the World Christian Movement course, fulfilling a requirement for FMI missionary applications.

13. Islamic Worldview and Gospel Engagement
    Students will study Islamic beliefs and practices in-depth, developing sensitivity and clarity in how to share Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord in ways that are both culturally wise and theologically faithful.
