Pray that Believers would be emboldened to evangelize and multiply.
Pray for the Believers that face systemic persecution through laws banning freedom of worship.
Pray against blasphemy-laws and proselytizing charges that have landed many believers in prison.
Pray for imprisoned Believers to be released and for those still in prison to be comforted and protected.
Pray for the many congregations that are composed of Arab, Berber, and foreign believers that are experiencing great unity and exhibit a great and growing faith.
Pray for peace among Morocco and Algeria and the growing conflict between both nations.
Pray for healing of relations with France, Algeria’s former coloniser.
Pray that communication and peace would be made between the two countries.
Pray that the diaspora in Europe (particularly France) would meet Jesus and be called to return to Algeria to spread the Gospel.

Although almost all Algerians are Berber in origin (not Arab), only a minority identify themselves as primarily Berber, about 15% of the total population; these people live mostly in the mountainous region of Kabylie east of Algiers and several other communities; the Berbers are also Muslim but identify as culturally Berber rather than culturally Arab; Berbers have long agitated, sometimes violently, for autonomy; the government is unlikely to grant autonomy but has officially recognized Berber languages and introduced them into public schools.
