What makes up the Middle East?

The Middle East is the “cradle of civilisation.” It is the birth place of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. It is in this region that the history of our faith began. The kingdom of Israel and Judah were part of the region, and it is also the region that the Hebrews were conquered and exiled in. As the center stage of the Gospel Message, the LORD used the region to send humanity His son, Jesus Christ. It is a strategic region today, as the home of modern-day Israel, and the crossroads between Africa, Europe, and Oriental Asia. The land is full of promise and we pray that the people of the region would become part of the Kingdom of God.
